Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date the customer receives the order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, and in its original condition, including original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and any included components where applicable.

Returned items must be received in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund. These may include, but are not limited to:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If we confirm that the item was damaged in transit, defective, or that the wrong item was sent, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution at our discretion.

How to Request a Return
To begin a return, customers must contact us first for return authorization. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or damage during shipping, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. Miller Homes LLC is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection of Returned Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has already shipped, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping fee and any return shipping or carrier handling charges incurred.

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are often able to resolve issues more quickly through direct support. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, communications, and other supporting documentation to the payment processor.
